We offer formal plated meals as well as a range of hand made finger food and canapés for cocktail functions that are guaranteed to please hungry and quality conscious guests.

Services include catering, beverages, all staff (including bar staff) and many extras such as fresh seafood.

 

We cater for groups of 20 up to 7,000 all over Sydney, the Central Coast, Wollongong and the Blue Mountains in many varied environments and are outdoor specialists. Over 19 years we have catered for thousands of functions in all kinds of situations. Our delicious food is prepared by professionals in our commercial kitchen or can be cooked on-site.

We are a Gold Licence member of the Restaurant and Catering Association of Australia and hold a Caterers’ Liquor licence for your convenience.

You can choose from a wide range of very popular menus from simple to gourmet. Packages can be custom made to suit your budget and any special requests.
